Since we do not leave any stone unturned in providing the best quality, refunds are a rare case. However, it is mandatory to provide our refund policy for earning client’s trust. In the given cases, the company will give a full or partial refund depending on the condition:

Below-average work

If the client claims that the work is not of high-quality and there are many errors in it, we will revise the work. However, if the client is not satisfied with the work and the work is rejected by the institution, we ask for an evidence of rejection. In this situation, refund will be made by the company.

Late work

We will definitely give refund to the client, if the work is late. However, the cause of delaying the work will be considered. If client is responsible for it, refund will not be made. If it is from the company’s end, client will get the refund.

Requirements not fulfilled

If any client claims that the mentioned requirements are not fulfilled in the paper and even after several revisions there is some lacking, company will refund some percentage of the payment.
